Flute Circuit Training
Endurance, energy and focus are essential elements for success and progress. Recognizing that sometimes our lives can leave us with too little time, Dr. Kristin Bacchiocchi-Stewart has devised a daily practice regimen to combine flute and physical exercises where flutists will get their cardio, stretching and strength/muscle building exercises in all while practicing our flute. We focus on the core muscles as the center of all exercises. Students will feel accomplished for the day even if it is a small period of practice time.
